Carrie Underwood at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait
By GiladG | Related entries in PicturesWith Christmas around the corner, Carrie Underwood headed to visit the troops in Kuwait and Iraq. As part of a holiday tour, Underwood gave a concert at Camp Buehring, a few hours away from Camp Arifjan, before heading to Iraq for additional concerts.

Carrie also took the time to sign memorabilia for family members and for the servicemen themselves. “Thanks for giving me such a warm welcome,” she said to a fan. “We’re happy to be able to come here and spread some holiday cheer.”
The hour-long performance took place in front of over 2000 servicemen, and Carrie performed many of her popular tracks off her multi-platinum album Some Hearts. The troops gave a roaring approval to Underwood’s rendition of Guns ‘N Roses Sweet Child ‘O Mine as well as her song about home; Don’t Forget to Remember Me.
